Hello!

Hey there, thanks for visiting!  My name is Lauren, I currently live in Oakland, CA and I am the artist behind all of this work.

I believe all materials have more than one life and I am determined to prove it with my products. At upcycledunlimited.com you will find playing cards that have been turned into earrings, old thrift store t-shirts with new original screenprints, old silk ties reused as a handle for a purse, and much more.

The possibilities are endless.

I love art, I love design, but I don’t love waste. I believe my job as an artist is to think creatively in order to solve problems. Creative reuse is not a new idea, but it needs to be spread further than grandmother to granddaughter.

I love finding new and improved ways of using items that many may mistake as having no life left.  Upcycling gets my creative juices flowing and really challenges my perspective about function, aesthetics, and design.

There is a story behind every product I make.  I share those stories with you on this website.
